Material

  • SUS303, 304 and 316 are considered the basic stainless steel materials. Confirmation in advance will be necessary for other types such as SUS420 and 410.
  • Types 1 and 2 are considered the basic types of titanium.

Plating thickness and amount of polish

  • Our standard thickness for electroless plating is 5±2μm.
  • Our standard thickness for electroplating is 8μm at the center of the product (with arbitrary variations within product or among products).
  • Our standard for chemical polishing is 5 to 10μm (however, it may be 20μm if high-quality appearance is required).
  • Our standard for electrolytic polishing is 10 to 20μm (however, it may be 50μm if high-quality appearance is required).
  • Our standard film thickness of white alumite is 5 to 10μm (product dimension +0 to 3μm).
  • Our standard film thickness of black alumite is 15 to 20μm (product dimension +1 to 5μm).
